Unfortunately Jeff McGlinn made it hard to vote for him by his lack of information and communication throughout this whole mess. By keeping us in the dark, hiding behind a generic "operational audit" masking serious and existential issues, he enabled the wolf in sheep's clothing, Ryan Welker, to come in and oust him. To be honest, I wouldn't have had any faith in either of them. Poor shareholders
