That my very post is exactly why I think the IHL outlook is poor. The combination of past volumes/ trend and the macro condition at the moment is exactly why I think this company is overvalued even with the progress it has been made over the years or plans they are having.
If you want me to do one positive valuation on IHL based on the company future potentials, it would be easy as eg:
1) addressable market
2) Clarion clinic with branches all across Australia 600 patients
3) IHL 42x successfully passed all trials and commercialization
4) PSI GAD
5) Joel being knighted by the King
6) compare CSL market cap with IHL
Then, the company will worth 100 B? But is it realistic? I think not.
1) Many here has always think addressable is a good benchmark to measure market cap which disregard the competition, legislation and other macro components.
2) As far as I am aware, Clarion would not have the upper hand in this area as other consortium or psychology clinics have started preparing for this.
3) IHL 42x is not the only sleep apnea treatment, it is the only non-invasive method. There are already so many treatment methods on the market, when switching to IHL 42X, you have to consider side effects, efficiency and allergies. Most importantly, I know that the most efficient way is by surgery and it can done one and for all.
By the way, still looking forward to how you would put up a valuation on IHL.
Lastly I must admit that your word twisting, discredit and deflecting skills are second to none.
Cheers. GLTAH
