HAS seems to have bottomed. I wonder if Twiggy will swoop on HAS one day and take advantage on its current messy balance sheet strategy. If that ever happens, then DRE will smoke. He has written out a con note for $150m and they have a slice of NEO. Twiggy might want the lot. He seems to be on a buying spree for green facing metals. I also noticed that China has started to put restrictions on certain computer chip metals. DRE is in for an interesting couple of qrts imo.
