Change in substantial holders notice out: Coglin has transferred his entire holding from his own personal name into his Investment company Aust Coglin International Investment Group P/L, of which he is a director, as at 29/06/10.
I suppose the simplistic answer may be that this could just be to crystalise the loss under his own name for tax planning, while still maintaining the holdings under a different entity, which IMO makes sense. Anyone believe something else is afoot here?
