Where did you read this, Starlink would not have done this, without notifying NET ahead of time, so NET has known for however long it has been decided. This is the only way Starlink works. If correct, this is not a surprise to anyone who understands volume.

It helps normalize or mainstream the Starlink technology. The big ask is why has Telstra not come back to NET, to use the Obscurer, they had it once, I mean, NET conquered China after all.
