Have a look at what WBT did about 11 week after its 28c cap raise below. Doubling happened much faster than 3 months. Sure the market cap was lower than BLG is now, but BLG is already selling to customers and WBT is yet to do that almost 2 years after signing skywater.
BLG CR was 16 weeks ago. More than enough time to wash out weak hands, especially into tax year end.
IMHO, if this breakout is to occur, the topside will be explosive and extended.
