There seems to be doubt about this. Sculleroo has provided the court listing details in another thread yet some still deny this. The judgement will be provided tomorrow at 9:30. Court 1 in federal court located in Victoria.
I do not think amp will come out of it well. But I think they will be easily able to fund damages.
