    timing is everything, did i read a past announcement that said major oil company was coming in 2023....but now saying 2024 and that is Q4, all of which make it a bit redundant, as its so far off lots can go wrong.
    much happer with 2023 option. we would get bad press of course via anti oil and gas protectors.
