Blame or no blame it's a fact that this is all Abonocchio's choice. He could have legislated it. He didn't. He chose the referendum and he chosen not to explain how it will work. All down to him and the ALP. No one else need be held to account
As for personal responsibility I am at peace with all the major decisions I've made in my life. If the referendum falls over I'll only be one vote for the NO so how I can be responsible "for ***king up the referendum" suggests that you are not in control of your faculties.
Whether you and I could ever agree on anything is irrelevant.
