Yes, I thought it through very clearly. I know they are raising capital for their operations, and I know I will receive 1:2 shares I already own at the Record Date appear paying for my full entitlement. The ***king "consolidation" was needed and while you say RFX shot themselves in the foot, look at it this way, the price you can pickup in the offer is at a bargain price of 0.21 cents with the company currently valued at $36.85M, a steal IMO.
