Really annoyed by the very bias letter sent out saying they now have 80% control, they intend to delist either way and your way better off selling to them for XYZ, its so bias towards personal aligned objectives of the CEO with the majority owners.
So misleading towards their aim of buying up as many stakeholders as possible!
