it probably won't be a cover up. it is rather a more economical and, above all, faster solution.if you assume 60,000tpa directly, you would probably expect a capex between us$1,400,000,000 (us$23,000/t) - us$1,700,000,000 (us$28,000/t). this would be roughly within the scope of other projects or below the assumptions of the pea. due to the modular structure, the costs are very likely to be reduced, which leads to a higher probability of feasibility.
