I was about to write the same thing. I won't mind people not liking stock or management but just hate when people start making all these allegations but do not back it up with any data. They just add that dyor crap at the end just to cover themselves.
Provide some evidence and if you are concerned just write or call company. Most management are pretty good in replying to shareholders.
