Second point that i think has been covered is the mass market play is CE manufacturers, they would not engage with a "me too" and risk legal action, which would most certainly follow that activity.

EM are nothing without AKP and AKP would have one he'll of a set back without EM. I would have thought there is mutal risk on both sides of the equation which should be the premise for a strong partnership?
