I've been saying this since day 1 of the 'Save Our Bubs' alliance between Carr, Lin, AZ Global and Peter Nathan.

However, at this point there is very little possibility of the dirty laundry being buried.

Even if the Carr and co were to regain control (which seems unfathomable to me but they do seem to have some influential supporters) it is hard to see how their position and credibility is salvageable.

They could possibly delay or kill the legal action against Alpha Group, but that would only serve to add a further nail in the coffin for BUB. Add to that potential class actions / ASIC investigations.

It seems like the only winner out of all of this is potentially AZ Global / Andy Zhang, who is looking to avoid a large debt payment to BUB. It does make you wonder if he has some kind of leverage over all the parties in the alliance.
