It won't take long to punch down another 400m, 2 days maybe?
This story has a long long way to go.
Even the heavy shallow oil is significant though.
Cuba uses it for fuel supply to generate power so maybe we end up with a series of very cheap shallow wells accessing that resource and freeing up the deeper lighter oil for export.
I hope AP has plenty of oil storage tanks ready, I expect Alameda will out perform all our expectations.
