I really think calling Ross a Moron is a little moronic itself. The guy is entitled to sell however many he likes , whenever he likes provided the Directors window for trading is open. You have no idea of the guys situation or finances. He may be dealing with incredibly stressful family situations that needs money urgently or he may be struggling to make mortgage payments...... He may even be having a new kitchen installed...Who gives a F%$k. It's his choice. I don't really like directors selling just before announcements however I think this was done in a way that had no real bearing on the SP. In fact it went up afterwards. He would certainly have known off the good news coming and chose to sell beforehand.
