I understand what you are saying here. But STX have been awful in my view with several re-submits on the application and operational time frames that have been fanciful and simply not met.

I agree with @wot insofar as how could they have not known the state of play when issuing the 19 June announcement. The question for me now, is whether or not this delay is deliberate. I don't know, but it does not sit well with me. How can a $1.1B MC company and proven operator be such inept bumblers?

There are STX cronies on here. That much is obvious (to me at least), watch how fast they try and get this removed.
