Been here a long time, seen a number of highly credentialed people hired and been over the moon about it too.
But as the years tick by and the funds dwindle lower with really no progression to mining i cant help but be pessimistic.
Look at the names hired over the past 3 years look at the share price. High wages and long resumes dont seem to be an advantage to shareholders do they?
