They closed a cap raise a week ago using the 15% placement capacity. They also had the opportunity during that cap raise to also use the 10% placement capacity (taking it to 25%) but they didn't.

Now a week later they are doing another cap raise which can only be for the 10%, which if this the case, why wasn't it included in the cap raise last week.

Also a week between cap raises is not a large amount of time, so they would have been preparing for this cap raise at the same time as the cap raise last week.

Unless there is something i am missing ???
