It was done a while back, but my understanding is the rock/soil sampling is conducted on the surface, which is only an indication of what might lie below. The 'real' exploration work is done via the diamond drilling, which they said will be 3000m total over 20 - 30 drill holes, so you're looking at 100m+ DEPTH per hole.
We hopefully should know soon the initial results.
