It's possible our product may not even leave the Country, Argentina now makes batteries as reported this week with product coming from Livent. Their goal is for full sovereign capability. The South Koreans have also been in town lately.
JZ ruled out previous customers specifically Mitsubishi in an interview last year I've been trying to find. That was when spot price was craz wey high though.
