The scheme doesnt stop normal company operations, including drilling. ESS not allowed to shop around for another suitor, open up other negotiations etc. Eveyone knows it is available and TLEA has a very good idea of what the company is currently sitting on from previous attempt. Scheme is pretty standard, just run out the same document a few mods here and there, easy work.

I do look forward to drilling announcements, there will be some in this wait period. I did suggest Tim could go out and drill 10,000 metres of drilling on their top 6 greenfield targets.... but sadly there is an agreed budget, so I think they cant blow the entire entire kitty to stir potential excitement.
