Or a holder can buy 10% more shares at this undervalued price and hence get 10% more dividends when they are distributed PLUS get the bonus of holding 10% more shares when the market revalues KCN with a PE ratio in a few years time.
Buy backs are for when the company does not have any bettter options available to the company in which to invest surplus funds. KCN does not have surplus funds yet.
