If this is indeed what they mean by it, then you've put it together better than the company has. Odd that they'd rather create confusion instead of stating 'preferred off-take partner chosen with contracts being finalised'? I can guarantee would be much more favourable to shareholders to read it in layman's terms, instead of made up terms which cause confusion.
But in saying that, they've also previously been 'finalising' arrangements in the past with nothing bearing fruit. So, perhaps the reason for the obscure use of words.
Appreciate your take on it, would be exciting if we're actually near the finish line for this milestone.
