That's incredibly vague, and you may have well just said the SP is going down because god wills it so. So let me re-phrase the question so it's tailored to your response. Why is the market only exerting "control" of AGY's share price, and not the multitude of other lithium explorers/developers/producers that have continued to perform so well? Why the divergence?
Q2....You're asking for speculative answers that will never have a concrete answer here....until we receive the approvals. Until then, perhaps go and direct your questions to the companies that received their approvals and ask them. Better still go and ask the Salta Government. Seeking an answer here is pointless as you know yourself its only a best guess opinion. No one knows for sure - and thinking otherwise is just going around in circles.....
I've only stated that AGY could have contributed to the EIA approval delay, I haven't stated that they're 100% responsible. It just comes down to logical reasoning.
@GCar and others are claiming that the Salta Government's lack of resources and experience are the cause of the delay. Yet there are multiple examples of companies getting their approvals in a rapid manner. The evidence shows that the Salta Government do have the resources and expertise to deliver rapid approval, because they've done just that.
As far as chasing that information from other companies or the Salta Government, why bother? Will it speed up the process in any way? Of course not. Besides, the answer is right there in the article that I screen shot and posted. Millennial Lithium stated that they submitted a comprehensive and detailed EIA. That's the answer. There's no emails required, no secret recipe. Just a detailed and comprehensive application.
The reality is we will never know who was responsible, even once AGY do receive the approvals. But even basic analysis should lead a reasonable thinker to the conclusion that both parties (AGY and the Salta Government) have likely contributed to the delay.
