"Time" is the one variable you must not ignore in a growth story. Much as other premature exits fails to achive maximum results in life/careers/sex, investing is the same.

or you could just trade it, if you like the risky plays from day to day. Then you won't have to worry about fundementals or long term goals, don't have to read annual reports and difficult calculations. Just place a bet and take a chance. Brokers love traders/gamblers, especially the impatient emotional kind trading on headlines rumors and random market swings.

I remember the famous rich old Daytrader once say how he made his billions... or was it an investor ?
Must have been an investor, as there are no rich billionaire Daytraders sharing their stories.

Anyhow, if the waiting and thinking and planning and slowly growing is too much of a hassle, one can allways give lady luck a spin. She's quick and willing.
