My understanding is they have $294 million cash on hand. They owe $45 million for tax and transaction costs and they have 2 mines with high AISIC. With that in mind I can see why it has taken a massive hit! They may now become a T/O target for someone eager to get $250 mill with a paper script bid. All my opinion and not investment advice.
