Hi Papa, I'm a supporter of hanging onto Gurvantes. I've also had experience of living in Perth in business. Mongolia can't be any worse.
All that aside, I'm curious about Mongolian business & Government interest in comparing cleaner gas powered electricity with coal powered electricity. TMK will be giving MAK an example of home grown gas powered electricity.
MAK have clout, I'm sure, but why might they support gas when they are digging up their own coal?
There is strong opinion about "polluted" air in their cold communities, but is that just mums & dads burning cheap coal to keep warm in a very cold country?
Is it the bigger coal polluted Mongolian city/ towns asking for cleaner gas in those closer living communities? Do mining sites communities also kick back against coal burning?
I'm suggesting that MAK is the right partner for any moves to Gas power...... one day, soon.
