Once the documents are amended May I suggest having a meeting(with the docs in hand but not exchanged) with Scot Lowe to determine ( all of which has been announced)

• Whether DD is complete, if not when
• FFX role in DD
• What's the point of nominal consideration
• the timing of the sale
• is it only the subsidiary companies being sold

if not happy with the responses hand over the doc
