If deal is terminated, ESS back to 40c just like in April when IGO scheme fell through. MIN/DVP 19.55% will be the blocking stake for others to back off. ESS back to kicking stones and poking holes in the ground.Impact to DVP? Not much. $50M just raised, cashflows from BGL contract, another contract or two and we go buy something else, restart WL next year, no further dilution. BB is offering ESS shareholders an opportunity to take the company forward. So if I hold ESS, I will definitely take the scrip!
