    I don’t think the use of 2.406 in that way is correct, it is the number of NewCo shares that Livent holders will get per share. AKE shares + (LTHM shares x 2.406) = NewCo shares. If you had the LTHM shares on issue, should work out the same as 1138.8m calculated above.
