Trying hard to justify the price of property currently looks like this

No one wants a 16 sq 3 bed dog box. Most homes now have family room, thearte room, powder room, ensuite, study, indoor outdoor area, double garage, at least ceasar stone benches, Ilve ovens. full ac and central heating. not only that 6 star rating, and C-bus. It all adds up"
Absolute garbage
Get this right team. The price of houses have risen by a great debt diet from the world. All have crashed and ours will follow suit. The government has committed the sin of interfering which in reality will only delay and increase the severity of the fall.
People are not loaded like first thought. Stocks are not worth as much and are being downgraded heavily. The deleveraging of society is unfolding, no one is spending. The government needs increase in taxes where it comes may frighten a few.
What the bulls need to see is that the price needs to be affordable for every tom and harry for it to rise. Out of reach from the average punter and no sales she falls.
Australian media is kidding themselves by running stories out there on this rise and these "hot spots". Called vested interest. Currently no one is spending nothing is moving. Stocks included. Traders make no mistake are copping a hiding atm.
So for me I am playing it safe with my dollars and will sit back wait for this mother of all crashes. Why you ask? its been artificially boomed up on steroids for so long that public perception is slightly distorted and as such will take longer than first thought. But when she falls and the paper runs a headline "Property crash aligns with predictions" all of a sudden the punters will say:
We were due for a crash the stocks had one
It was too expensive anyway
It was absolute madness before we can buy now
All a cycle really just the media pull the wool over the eyes of most. Fortunately for sites like HC people like us have the opportunity to express our views across interesting people from all walks of life who are interested in similar things.
