Isn't it interesting.
I have tried to find the number of shares outstanding for LTHM but was unsuccessful.

In any case the New Company will have a lot of shares on issue (over a billion).

Just a little concerned with that many shares, the share price of the New Company will be suppressed, similar to PLS, which has close to 3 Billion shares on issues?
