So mgmt should walk back to the S2 office and say the investor services are no longer required. Rengotiate, get a better deal, cap the expense, find out what services they're getting, you know, do mgmt things.
Sure, this isn't the end of the world, but it's a very interesting insight into mgmt thinking, attitude, aptitude, behavior.
