Can I suggest that if someone were to spend $50Mil, they would really do a thorough DD. In this case, that would
include talking to STO; so, they would probably know the situation better than anyone on HotCopper. So, IMHO they would be unlikely to default or pull out (there is also the question of a break fee!).
Last STO announcement on the buy back was on the 27th. Have they finished? May be now they can afford to have their SP run with good news!!
