That sort of stuff is ticked off by the competent person, read the report at the end it explains that all that stuff is reviewed by the competent person to ensure its accuracy and that it's not misleading.
If the 498ppm is the initial 100% when the figure after the beneficiation is 1007ppm then yes that is an approximate upgrade to 202%, it probably could have been written slightly more clearly. If that is someone's biggest sticking point though with the latest release then they're actively clutching at straws
