1. Why the upper case F in finance? 2. The word is waltz not walse. 3. If it was the intention of a "raider" to take over it would be entirely logical to acquire as many shares as possible at the lowest price possible and at the moment the best way to do that is to acquire on market. If someone is doing just that we should have notification of it soon. 4. I agree that takeovers happen often at a premium to the current market price. However that usually applies to companies who have outstanding prospects. Not by any stretch of the imagination would that apply to ISF. Another of my holdings, EXT, fits that bill and if a takeover offer happens it will be at a substantial premium to the current price. ISF is a company in distress and will only attract bottom feeders. 5. "You need to look where ISF has fallen from". Yes indeed. I've been holding for approx four and a half years and can recall when they turned a good profit, had minimal debt and the share price peaked around $1.60. They have since fallen to a recent low of $0.135 so thank you for reminding me where they have fallen from.
