The Capital Raising has to be done at a discount to the current share price (no choice)otherwise nobody would support it except for the really philanthropic holders. Tell me that you would pay 6 cents a share via the offer when you have been able to get them "on market" at under 6 cents.

You cannot say that Tectonic has not done their level best to add value to the Phillips River Project over the last year or so....it is just that market sentiment (due to many factors) just does not recognise it in terms of the share price. Tectonic does not have any power over the share price. The recent series of really excellent news has done absolutely nothing so is the power of the market. Even the news on the RSPT did nothing for the miners!!!!!
Fundamentals are not driving the market at all.

Yes 2012 was recently given as a date for commencement of production so 2013 seems a little conservative and I would like to think things could be fast tracked a little particularly to take advantage of any continuation of strong metal prices. I am sure we will get a better definition of the time-line in the Definitive Feasibility Study due at the end of August. Even allowing a 3-6 months for commissioning and ramp-up I would like to think Tectonic would be into cash flow positive territory by the second half of 2012 at the latest.

I guess we are looking at TTR building a production facility to handle gold/silver, copper, lead and zinc and associated infrastructure including wind/diesel power generation so it is going to be a little more complex that a simple gold production facility.

The type of offer to all share holders gives everyone the equal opportunity to partake up to $15,000 worth of shares......so this is the fairest way to protect everyones existing equity although it perhaps potentially disadvantages the larger holders in a very small way because it has an uper limit.

I trust everyone supports the capital raising as best their available funds can. Tectonic have managed their funds very well by progessing the project to DFS stage and opened up new opportunities on the exploration front. Don't tell me holders are going to come this far and then jump off. We are all part owners and need to see it through. I am excited about the prospect of deeper drilling at Railway but working capital is needed for that and other targets.

I would not be surprised if we have some sweeteners in terms of news releases over the next few weeks just to add support top the capital raising. TTR need to have a strategy in place to keep the SP above the offer price. I don't think it was a cooincidence that this release came on the same day that the RSPT was abandoned. The new version of the Tax does not apply at all to Phillips River.

GZ I think you will find information on the toll processing of left over ore and/or tailings from historical mining at Kundip in a recent ASX release ( I think early this year) - If it wasn't so late tonight I would look it up for you.
