I actually have checked out WC1 before. Grade and magnet ratio is good.
The only thing I would say which is an absolute massive issue is if WC1 shares the same troubles all other Esperance clay ree explorers have of not being able to recover economically due to poor recoveries using standard acids.
I also own OD6 which is an Esperance area clay explorer. Grade and resource size is very big - But the clay cannot be processed using standard re-agents and HCI is being used which is typically not economic for clay. If WC1 has a different clay system you could be on to a winner but if WC1 shares similarities to OD6 and MRD for example there will be massive struggles ahead.
I am not trying to talk down WC1 at all but just noting the Esperance clay field has huge economically recovery issues.
