This has been a tough year for many SaaS companies. High inflation has dampened IT spending. However, Prophecy has great products and I estimate ARR growth for the current financial year will be approx 24%.
Many IT shares have had Large cap IT shares (such as Microsoft and Google) have had large recoveries in the last six months. I predict the small cap IT shares will now start to recover. I believe a significant short term recovery in the price of Prophecy is more likely than a takeover.
