If White Haven can successfully implement the Longwall Top Coal Caving system they will be a very attractive target as this method gets almost all the coal out of the seam. There is only one other mine in Australia that uses this technology and some of the people involved are now working at White Haven.
I don't think a T.O will be launched any time soon with the RSPT still not being a done deal and it will take a while to form the longwall panels.
