Request for Trading Halt – Element 25 Limited Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.1 Element 25 Limited (ASX: E25) (Company) hereby requests a trading halt be granted by the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) effective from 7 July 2023 in respect of its securities. The trading halt is requested pending an announcement regarding a proposed capital raising to fund initial works on the Company’s High Purity Manganese project. The Company requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 11 July 2023 or until the release of an announcement in respect of the above matter.
