    I do believe we have a reasonable chance of a successful NO vote.

    Creasey holds 7.3%, Perilya another 7.7%, the liquidators of Dundas another 4.8%.

    Excluding Hartree who can't vote, Creasey's percentage of the shares that can be voted is 10.7% and so on
