I don't recall any issues with the patents for RC110, I think the key takeaway is the new RAC220 formulation effectively resets the patent clock adding valuable years of sales past when the RC110 patents would have expired.
Given the several strategic pivots between the RC110 patents and the new direction of the company has extended the time frame to approval and marketing, this is important for any potential buyer's prospective returns.
