Is it about politics? I don't think so - and I don't need any Labor pile on, it was a disgrace regardless of any political bias.
As for shame - the public service, and the Ministers involved are RESPONSIBLE and ACCOUNTABLE. Regardless of any criminal finding.
There is no presumption of innocence in their decisions to implement, execute and continue such a program is reprehensible.
