Nah it doesnt, the thing with PMT that most dont realise is how big there land is, over 50km of land and they have only drilled under 4km which has ALL been hits... So if that 4km piece of land has 150mt, imagine what value is put on the other 46km of land knowing the potential for the tonnage to add up very quickly.
I assume he might mean that the 10mt/100mil mcap valuating thing might be without having any upside potential added in.
