Sushi. The purchaser has remained anon so their must be a confidentiality clause in the agreement. In this case SSN could also have cited this clause in withholding any ann until the deal was unconditional. They have ann it for their own reasons , perhaps to appease debt providers or help influence authorities? Havent done enough of my own DD yet so may be well wide of the mark here. Interesting. DYOR
