G'day Rankor, pleasantly surprised ay. The market seems to be saying the 400's are fair at this point and I have to agree with Mr Market on this one. Reasons being... bulk tonnage and soon to be even bigger, high grade, ionic clay, everything you would want for a compelling study on a potential mine in any resource.

REE research has come a long way over the years and together with a world leader in the area, ANTSO, who are engaged in metallurgy work on our samples and processing technique, the only problem I see is fully realising the potential of the individual characteristics of the Caldiera project, for maximum value. As revealed in the talk with Rick Rule recently I believe the good Doctor has been hitting the books on the subject, so he has a good handle on the on what needs to happen and the path forward.

As far as plant funding requirements are concerned the planned open starter pits in the high grade areas appear to offer an attractive risk to reward ratio which will help come time to raise funding. The project being ionic clay should make it less capital intensive than hard rock deposits then with the optimized metallurgy a simple cost effective processing train can deliver the goods. The cost of doing business. I would not be surprised if we do not already have a number of investors who could arrange the required funds to take this project all the way...so I believe MC is about right at the moment SP certainly held up well today amongst all the red I was seeing anyway.
