Venus had Youanmi in the first place and now it is 100% Rox, 0% Venus. Venus is a shareholder with Matty on the BOD, one of 4.
Interesting to see how many free Rox shares and options Matty received (on the RXL thread).
I held Venus for 5 years and it always had many irons in the fire which invariably came to nothing or were joint ventured off.
In its entire history Venus has never had a successful project that went on to production.
Matty has done well but the company has limped along for years and I doubt that lifestyle formula will change.
All that Venus has now is a bunch of high risk projects but it's MC is $28m.
